A graduate of the Economics Department of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), he quickly gained professional experience working in the family business, which at the time owned three electrical equipment stores in East Attica. He continued his studies at the University of Strathclyde, obtaining a Master’s degree in Business & Management.

On his return, he took over the management of the company and set about repositioning the business, expanding the store network, building a new management structure, investing in IT systems and launching new products and services in partnership with leading suppliers.

Nikos Kafkas continues to manage the company holding the position of President and CEO.

Studied Economics and Public Administration at Panteion University and participated in an international business training program at WHU University in Germany. He has served for 12 years at MAKRO Cash & Carry, 8 years at Fourlis Group – IKEA Bulgaria & Intersport Athletics, where he was responsible for Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey.

His most recent position held was that of Finance Director of Elbisco SA, where he delivered remarkable results and significant improvements in key functions of the Finance Department. In August 2018, he assumed the position of Finance Director at V. KAFKAS SA.

Completed her studies at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and then obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (L.S.E).

With more than 20 years of experience in HR in large multinational and Greek companies in the tourism and hospitality industry (Hyatt Regency Hotels and Tourism), as well as in food wholesale (Makro Cash & Carry), she has dealt with various key issues and projects in HR Departments, such as talent management, training & development of executives and compensation & benefits.

The most recent position she held was that of Head of HR at The Mart of SKLAVENITIS Group. In March 2019, she assumed the position of Human Resources Director at V. KAFKAS SA.

Studied Business Administration & Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business Administration and then completed her Postgraduate studies in Marketing & Communication with New Technologies at the Athens University of Economics and Business Administration.

She has served for 9 years at Vivartia Group, in the catering sector, gaining experience from various positions in the Marketing department, while the most recent position she held – before joining KAFKAS – was that of Customer Loyalty & e-Commerce Manager.

In May 2018, she took over the position of e-Business Manager, and joined the Marketing department of V. KAFKAS SA. In January 2020, Lida took over the position of Marketing Director.

Holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2002 he started as an Engineer at CORNING CABLE SYSTEMS Gmbh & Co KG.

In 2003 he moved to ELEKTRORAMA S.A. as Sales Engineer and then he became Sales Manager of Southern Greece. In 2011 he joined V. KAFKAS S.A., assuming the position of Business Development & Solutions Director, where he remains to this day.

Has a degree in Computer Engineering (BSc) and holds a Master’s degree (MEd). He has extensive experience in multinational companies, having previously held various positions in the Technology and IT sector in large companies such as Vodafone.

The most recent position was that of Delivery Project Executive at IBM Hellas, where he was responsible for the coordination of large IT projects for major Greek and multinational companies. In February 2018, he assumed the position of IT Director at V. KAFKAS SA.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Piraeus Technological Educational Institute and a postgraduate degree in the energy sector from a foreign university, he joined V. KAFKAS S.A. in 2009, as a technician of construction panels. During his career, he was given the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience from the different positions he held in the company such as Presaler, Account Manager, Energy Building Consultant & Hospitality Supervisor and Lighting Manager.

In June 2020, he assumed the position of Head of Distribution Network and on September 1, 2021, he was promoted to Distribution Network Director, retaining responsibility for the company’s Store Network and Lighting Department.

He is one of the first executives of the company, having 30 years of experience.

He started at V. KAFKAS S.A. in 1984, at the first store in Markopoulo, where he later became Store Manager.

In 2010, took over the newly established Purchasing Division as Purchase Director and in January 2014 took the position of Supply Chain & Presales Director.

From 2017, holds the position of Procurement & Presales Director.

With an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Open University of Cyprus, he has more than 20 years of experience in the electrical engineering and commercial networks industry. He started his career at KAFKAS, holding key positions in the company such as Sales Manager and Distribution Director.

In 2018 he took over the position of Country Manager in Cyprus, where he successfully led the commercial penetration of Kafkas Cyprus in the local market.

In 2021, he returned to Greece and assumed the position of Purchase and Presales Deputy Director at Kafkas. At the same time, he represents the company in Fegime for Greece and Cyprus, actively supporting KAFKAS’ international partnerships with a focus on continuous improvement and development.

Graduated from the National Technical University of Athens as a Mechanical Engineer, with subsequent specialization in Supply Chain Management at the University of Piraeus.

He has extensive experience in Supply Chain Management, having held from 2005 until today, key management positions as Manager and Director in companies such as VERNILAC SA, OKTABIT SA and DYNAMIC PHARMA SA.

From May 2023, he holds the position of Supply Chain Director.

Started at V. KAFKAS S.A. in August 2012, taking on multiple roles as Store Manager in various locations, focusing on staff training and business development. In 2016, he assumed the role of Area Sales Manager Peloponnese, having multiple stores under his management and responsibility.

He has attended many seminars, covering a wide range of topics, as well as the Being Essential program, specializing in “Managerial Empowerment – The Beginning”, enhancing his skills in personnel management and human resources management.

From May 2021 until today, he holds the position of Country Manager at Kafkas Cyprus, bringing his experience in leadership and development of distribution networks.
