For the 5th time, V. KAFKAS S.A. was awarded as one of the ten companies with the Best Working Environment in Greece, in the context of the survey conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute Hellas at a relevant event held on Tuesday, May 7.

KAFKAS is ranked among the ten “large companies” (with more than 250 employees) with the best working environment in Greece according to the results of the latest survey. For 44 years, KAFKAS has been honoring and supporting its employees in practice, and they return it with dedication and loyalty. This distinction is the culmination of KAFKAS’ commitment to a working environment where respect, ethics, teamwork, open communication between employees, and a passion for continuous improvement prevail.

The company has institutionalized a series of actions in the daily life of its employees, such as the “Extra Mile Champion” that recognizes and rewards their efforts to bring added value to the company, the Managing Director Listening Sessions, where employees have the opportunity to engage in an open dialogue with the Management to exchange ideas and views, allows them to actively participate in the further development of the company.
