V. KAFKAS S.A., the leading Greek company in the field of electrical equipment, lighting, building technology, and energy management solutions, was named the winner in the category “Human Resources and Corporate Culture” of the Growth Awards for Development and Competitiveness, organized for the third year by Eurobank and Grant Thornton.

Out of the 8,000 companies evaluated, 200 stood out for their financial data, only 19 qualified for the final stage and 7 became winners of the awards, including V. KAFKAS S.A. The evaluation process to identify the companies that stood out for their growth, excellence, and dynamism was carried out using specific analyses of key financial ratios and indicators as well as specific qualitative characteristics.

The “Growth Awards” is an initiative aimed at highlighting and rewarding Greek companies that stand out by combining high financial performance with a successful modern business story and contribute to the formation of a new landscape of entrepreneurship and work culture in the country.
