Starting as a sales consultant in a store, the prospects for professional development might seem limited. But that’s not the case! In reality, excellent opportunities or new career paths often emerge that you hadn’t considered, leading you in different directions. I started as a Sales Consultant in a store, and after a short period, I took on the role of Store Operation Assistant Manager. When my contribution in this specific role seemed to have reached its peak, I was informed through Job Rotation about a new position as an “SAP Trainer” in the company’s Training Department. The experience I had gained in the store, along with my dedication to SAP matters, ultimately led me to the role that significantly changed the course of my professional life. With persistence, organization, team support, and of course, continuous education, I have reached a point where I feel creative and “ready” for whatever tomorrow brings.

I started as a sales consultant at KAFKAS in October 2007. At the age of 24 and with the company’s full trust, I took on the management of a store. In February 2016, after having worked at various stores, I took on the most honorable position of Area Sales Manager. The year 2023 marks the beginning of a new chapter in my professional journey at KAFKAS. My time in the Store Network is completed, and a new chapter begins, that of managing the end-to-end customer experience, as I take on the newly created position of Customer Experience & Transformation Manager. After 15 years with the company, I consider it very important to be part of an organization that not only talks about growth and employee development but also provides ample opportunities for those with ambition, skills, and a passion for challenges.
