The new 4-star hotel, Ibis Styles Athens Routes, is housed in a 5,800 sq.m. bioclimatic building and features conference facilities, a gym, underground parking, and a rooftop bar with views of the Acropolis, Lycabettus Hill, and the Saronic Gulf.

The contribution of KAFKAS

The engineering team at B. KAFKAS S.A. proposed solutions for the Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Panels of the hotel, aiming to meet specifications and ensure optimal performance of the investment. Specifically, the company proposed and used modern, fully certified products for the hotel’s central Medium Voltage power supply as well as for the central distribution of electricity within the building. Additionally, it covered the final energy distribution aspect, constructing numerous sub-panels for the auxiliary spaces as well as the hotel rooms.
