The Project

Kôres Boutique Hotel & Spa is located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Zagori region, in Vitsa Zagori. This impressive 5-star hotel offers 13 comfortable and luxurious rooms, a restaurant, an indoor pool, a gym, and a conference room. The entrance of the hotel is adorned with sculptures by the widely known sculptor Theodoros Papagiannis.

Challenges of the Project

The team at KAFKAS had to address the high demands of lighting design, balancing modern aesthetics and functionality with the traditional architecture of the Zagori region. Another challenge was implementing a comprehensive solution that would enable centralized management of all areas from a single point (the reception), even though the complex consists of three independent buildings.

From Vision to Design

The vision of our team was to create a comprehensive lighting design plan that would highlight the stone craftsmanship of the hotel and harmonize perfectly with the natural environment and the architecture of the Zagori region. Lastly, we set high standards to facilitate the operation of the hotel, making it easier for the staff to manage the premises efficiently.
