The new and innovative series of general low voltage panels, System Pro E Power by ABB, with a nominal current of up to 6,300 A and a short-circuit breaking capacity of 120 kA, can meet any requirement for power, protection class, and mechanical strength. Flexibility, Speed, and Simplicity are the characteristics that make the new panel series stand out.

Flexibility:
By combining just a few components of the series, up to 120 different field versions can be created. With a protection degree of IP 65, it can provide solutions for all types of applications, tailored to your unique needs.

Speed:
The simple and efficient assembly method, with no margin for error, leads to time savings. It features bases and front panels with quick-installation equipment kits using clip mechanisms and ¼ turn screws.

Simplicity:
The assembly of the fields is done in a way that leaves no room for error. Sequential steps are followed with a specific logic described in the product’s technical manual, simplifying all stages from design to assembly and commissioning.

By using the e-Design software, the reliable dimensioning of the Pro E Power ABB panels is achieved, which provides data such as:

  • Layouts & construction dimensions.
  • Compliance with all relevant standards.
  • Calculation of short-circuit current, load flow, voltage drop, and energy balance.
  • Overview of space requirements for electrical distribution systems and corresponding devices.
  • The system budget as well as the technical specifications can be automatically generated.
  • Temperature variation inside the panel and suggested solutions for dissipating the developed temperature.
