V. KAFKAS S.A., the leading Greek company in sales in the field of electrical equipment, lighting, building technology, and energy management solutions, was honored at the Lighting Awards 2020, the first Greek award for lighting design, which took place on Tuesday, October 13th.

KAFKAS won one of the major awards, the Supplier of the Year title, as well as four awards in the Projects pillar, namely in the categories Retail Stores – Interior Lighting, Retail Stores – Exterior Lighting, Hospitality – Interior Lighting and Hospitality – Exterior Lighting.

In detail, the company was awarded two GOLD awards for the design, lighting design, and materials supply for the interior and exterior lighting of the retail store Neon Bakery & Coffee as well as one SILVER and one BRONZE award for the design and design of the interior and exterior lighting of the Robinson Club Hotel “Ierapetra” respectively.

It is worth mentioning that Neon Bakery & Coffee, a European-recognized architectural project and one of the very special projects of KAFKAS, was awarded Client of the Year.

2020 was a special year for KAFKAS as, in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, the company further invested in the expansion and upgrading of its network, which now stands at 70 stores in Greece and Cyprus, while this distinction also confirms its dynamics as a provider of value-added solutions, even in the most demanding projects.
