The Project

Located in Sofia, Bulgaria, the City Tower business center spans 55,000 m² and primarily includes office spaces and commercial stores. The building consists of 20 floors, 9 of which house the new offices of Hewlett Packard.

Kafkas’ Contribution

Kafkas’ lighting team, in collaboration with TERNA S.A., focused on creating an optimally functional workspace that ensures safety and promotes bright, energy-efficient environments. The solution included the installation of LED lighting fixtures from renowned brands, maximizing energy savings while providing well-lit, comfortable spaces for employees.
