The Project

Located on one of the island’s most beautiful beaches, the 4-star Horizon Beach Resort consists of 45 bungalows, 432 rooms, and 7 buildings with lounges, restaurants, bars, a spa, a gym, and more, spread across an area of 150,000 square meters. The hotel’s unique view, combined with the island’s natural beauty, creates the ideal environment for a relaxing and carefree vacation. Between 2018 and 2019, the hotel underwent an expansion of the existing complex and a renovation of all its rooms.

Kafkas’ Contribution

Kafkas participated in the renovation of the hotel rooms and the expansion of the complex by providing comprehensive lighting solutions aimed at enhancing the architecture both internally and externally. Additionally, with a focus on the optimal functionality of the building and providing a unique experience for the guests, Kafkas supplied specialized equipment for entry control and HVAC systems. Finally, the company provided high-quality switchgear, cables, lamps, and fire detection items, offering a complete solution to the needs of Horizon Beach Resort.
