The Project

The June Twenty Suites is a suite complex inspired by the minimalist elegance of the Cycladic Islands and the simplicity of the Santorini island way of life. Located in the traditional village of Karterados, just a few kilometers from the capital of Santorini, Fira, the June Twenty Suites offers luxurious accommodations with a range of amenities. Guests can choose between Junior Suites with private outdoor jacuzzis or Executive Suites with private pools. Each suite offers an exceptional choice for unforgettable and relaxing vacations.

KAFKAS participated in this project by providing modern and comprehensive lighting solutions for both the interior and exterior spaces of the suites. We utilized high-durability cables and conduits, rail materials, and modern aesthetic switches. Additionally, to highlight the island architecture and minimalist elegance of the installations, we used lighting for both the interior and exterior that contributes to a minimalistic décor with high efficiency.

The Challenges of the Project

The main challenge for our team was to deliver a project where the lighting would highlight and reveal to guests the island lifestyle, the minimalist architecture of the suites, and the unforgettable beauty of Santorini. Given the high expectations and demands of the project, tight deadlines for completion were set, but we managed to meet them by collaborating closely with the architect to deliver the project on time.

From Vision to Design

The beauty and fame of the island were the driving forces behind the inception and design of the exterior lighting for the June Twenty Suites. In addition to this, our goal for the interior lighting design was to evoke a sense of tranquility and luxury for guests, in every corner and room of the establishment. By blending the local architectural style with modern lighting solutions, we successfully created an environment that offers both serenity and elegance, allowing the beauty of Santorini to shine through in every detail.
