The Project

The project involves the transformation of a 650 m² space on a main street in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. It is a single floor in a building owned by KENOTOM, and has been completely renovated from scratch. The renovation covered all areas of the company, which includes several “working rooms” for IT engineers.

The Contribution of KAFKAS

The goal of the renovation was to transform the old office space into a modern, pleasant, and functional workplace. The comprehensive lighting study created by our team highlighted the interior design of the space while creating an efficient work environment. Additionally, energy savings and the management of all functions in the building were achieved through the implementation of the KNX automation system.

Our team’s vision was to reflect the dynamic and fresh nature of the company in the workspace. Furthermore, through lighting, we aimed to create the ideal work environment that would stimulate the productivity of the workforce. Finally, our goal was to design a space that would ensure automation, centralized management, and energy savings for all the building’s functions.
