The Project

The Ostria Hotel Resort & Spa, with a total of 343 rooms, is a 5-star hotel located in the Katharades area of Ierapetra. The project involved the expansion and renovation of the hotel, covering lighting needs in both internal and external areas such as the parking lot, tennis and football fields, the market square, and the guest room areas.

Kafkas Contribution

The long-standing, flawless collaboration and trust from the beginning of the project allowed the Kafkas team to implement various lighting proposals and ideas. The suggested solutions extended to many internal and external areas of the hotel, including the reception and restaurant. High aesthetic quality and the enhancement of spaces played a key role in creating the proposals, combined with the use of LED technology for optimal lighting quality and energy savings.

Kafkas also undertook the supply of cables, panels, and grounding systems.

The overall proposals aimed to highlight the spaces through harmonized product selections that offer high aesthetics and performance using LED technology. These choices allowed for the coexistence of traditional and modern elements in a space with uniform furniture and a strong stone element, transforming Ostria Hotel Resort & Spa into a unique destination.
