The Project

OTE Academy, a member of the OTE Group, is a center for providing educational services to professionals, with the goal of offering comprehensive programs to help individuals manage professional and personal challenges more effectively. The academy is housed in a modern 18,000 m² building in Marousi, which includes meeting rooms, training rooms, and two auditoriums, enabling the organization of high-quality events and training sessions.

Kafkas’ Contribution

For the OTE Academy’s contemporary building, Kafkas’ lighting team combined high-quality LED lighting products with lighting management systems, reducing the number of fixtures while ensuring optimal lighting performance in the training areas. This approach led to an energy savings of 65%, reducing consumption by 32,000 kWh, while maintaining proper lighting for the educational spaces.
