The Project
St. Catherine’s British School proceeded with the expansion and reconstruction of its building facilities in Lykovrysi, Attica, renewing both the interior and exterior spaces, and creating state-of-the-art learning environments.
The lighting design aimed to highlight the architectural boundaries of each space while achieving visual comfort as part of creating a comprehensive lighting experience, worthy of the history and proven excellence of the world-renowned school.
The Contribution of KAFKAS
KAFKAS, through the HUB Lighting & Innovation by Kafkas, played a key role in the implementation of the project, providing the lighting design for the interior spaces of the facilities. Additionally, KAFKAS was the main supplier of both interior and exterior lighting for the project.
Specifically, the lighting team provided solutions for the lighting of the lobby, classrooms, libraries, corridors, auxiliary spaces, and dining areas.
The result of the project was the adaptation of the lighting to the architectural requirements of each space, contributing to the creation of an excellent environment for both students and staff of the school.
