The Project

The Sunrise Sea View Villas are located in the coastal village of Chorefto in Pelion. A key feature of these villas is their privileged position at the edge of the village, away from the hustle and bustle of restaurants and cafes, while facing the sea, offering unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea.

For the design and implementation of the project, our team used a combination of interior and exterior lighting fixtures, LED strips, modern switchgear, cables, plastics, electrical panels, rail system materials, automatic gas detectors, safety lights, and Wi-Fi Somfy locks. By installing all these materials, we successfully designed and executed a project that stands out for its high aesthetic quality and the sense of security and serenity it offers to its guests.

Challenges of the Project

The design principle followed was one of minimal intervention, ensuring smooth integration into the natural environment, with an emphasis on traditional and bioclimatic architecture, as well as the use of natural materials. Among the main goals of the design was ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay while opening up the interior to the outdoor, landscaped space, and the surrounding natural environment.

In the exterior spaces, we used high-quality materials with resistance to a seaside environment, LED products for energy efficiency, and modern, aesthetically pleasing Valena Allure switchgear.

From Vision to Design

In the building installations, stone and natural plasters in earthy colors, combined with handcrafted wooden elements, dominate. The vision of our team for the lighting design was to highlight all the elements at every moment of the day. The interior lighting was designed with techniques that enhance the minimalist decoration while providing a sense of calm and serenity, complemented by the breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea.
