The Project

Located in the Adelianos Campos area of Rethymno, the revamped 4-star The Syntopia by Orion Hotel underwent a complete renovation of its 113 rooms, with a particular focus on lighting. The hotel reopened its doors in May, with an emphasis on detail and a high standard of design expectations.

Kafkas’ Contribution

In close collaboration with the architectural firm, Kafkas’ Lighting Team provided comprehensive lighting solutions based on the project’s specific requirements. We supplied lighting fixtures that harmonized with the architectural style, creating applications that subtly highlighted the qualities and textures of the construction, without disrupting the overall aesthetic of the spaces or the visual comfort of the users. The chosen lighting meets the functional needs of the space, setting the desired atmosphere while showcasing the natural materials and intricate textures selected by the owners and designers.

High-quality materials were used, including LED technology from renowned brands, materials distributed by Kafkas, as well as custom-made constructions. Additionally, we provided switchgear, emergency lighting, and UPS systems.
