Vis di Vardi is a luxurious 165 sqm accommodation located in the city of Zakynthos, just a few kilometers away from the Argassi beach. The accommodation features 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a private pool, a garden, and private parking. For the execution of the project, interior lighting fixtures, recessed plasterboard spotlights, LED strips for both interior and exterior spaces, and Biticino switchgear were used.

The Challenges of the Project

A challenge for the Zakynthos branch was selecting the appropriate lighting and subsequently highlighting the Ionian architectural style of the building. The goal for the exterior spaces was to create a friendly and homely atmosphere for the accommodation’s visitors, with lighting intensity and color adjusted to harmonize with the natural surroundings. Additionally, for the interior spaces, the lighting provides a modern aesthetic and enhances the functionality of the space.

From Vision to Design

Our team’s vision was to highlight the textures, colors, and materials of the lighting fixtures within the building’s overall traditional architecture. For the exterior lighting, high-quality materials were selected to ensure durability against the island’s environmental conditions. Lastly, for the comfort and safety of the client, lighting control was chosen through KNX automation by Theben.
